Our minimum order is $120. The final price depends on the size of the item, fabric type, and condition.
Example: A standard 3-seat sofa cleaning costs $175. First-time clients get 20% OFF — bringing the price down to just $140.
We offer free quotes by phone or text. Call or message us at (347) 783-0021 with a photo of your item, and we'll give you an exact price in minutes.
The 20% first-time discount cannot bring the total below our $120 minimum order.
Just a few simple steps before we arrive:
Remove personal items (pillows, blankets, electronics) from the furniture
Clear a 3-foot area around items being cleaned from fragile or breakable objects
Ensure access to a power outlet, water source (sink/bathroom), and parking
Keep pets and children in a separate room during cleaning
For sectional sofas — please disassemble before our arrival (we don't disassemble furniture)
Let us know in advance about pet accidents, severe stains, or delicate fabrics
Drying time typically ranges from 4 to 24 hours, with most items drying within 4–6 hours under normal conditions. But it can be faster or slower depending on several factors: room ventilation, humidity, outside weather, and fabric thickness. To speed up drying, we recommend opening windows, turning on a fan, or running the AC. In most cases, the furniture is fully ready to use the same day.
Yes - 100%. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are completely safe for children and pets. Additionally, after cleaning we apply a special neutralizing rinse that removes any residue from the cleaning products. This means your furniture, carpets, and mattresses are absolutely safe to use immediately — no harmful chemicals left behind.
It depends on the item:
Sofa (3-seater): 45–90 minutes
Area rug: 30–60 minutes
Mattress: 30–45 minutes
Full living room set: 2–3 hours
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, and Venmo. Payment is due upon completion of the service — no deposit required when booking.

Yes - pet stain and odor removal is one of our specialties. We use professional treatments that break down urine, vomit, and other organic stains at the molecular level, eliminating both the stain and the smell.
In most cases, the results are excellent. However, we're always honest with our clients: if the urine has soaked deeply into the inner padding or foam of the furniture or mattress, some odor may remain even after professional treatment. This happens because the contamination is physically inside the cushion filling, where surface cleaning can't fully reach.
What we recommend:
Treat accidents as soon as possible - fresh stains are much easier to fully remove
For severe or repeated accidents on the same spot, mention this when booking so we can prepare a deeper treatment
For heavily soaked mattresses or cushions, replacement of the inner foam may sometimes be the only complete solution
We'll always inspect the item and give you an honest assessment before we start - so you know exactly what to expect.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance at no charge - just call or text us at (347) 783-0021.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, denied access, or unavailable utilities may result in a fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. This covers our technician's reserved time, travel, and scheduling.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about the cleaning, please report them within 48 hours of service. We're committed to making things right - we'll perform one re-clean attempt at no extra charge to address any issues.
