Why Reputation Is the One Thing You Actually Need to Check Before Hiring a Cleaning Technician

There's a strange thing about hiring someone to clean your couch or carpets: you can't really judge the quality of their work until it's already done. By the time you notice the brown spot, the lingering smell, or the dye that bled into your white cushion, the technician has been paid and is halfway to their next job.

This is what makes our industry different from, say, hiring a contractor to build a deck. With a deck, you can see what you're getting as it goes up.
